Location: Vía Verde” Pirineu- Costa Brava (Girona, Spain)
Start: Saturday April 16, 2016 at 10 am in Olot
Lenght: 100 km in 32 hours time limit
Slope positive 423 m; negative 986 m

Online registration: 200€ per team of 4 walkers + 2 support crew with a vehicle. Teams can register and modify before 10 April. Teams incomplete on 11 April will not participate.

Donations: Minimum 1.500 euros per team before 16 March

The PIRINEXUS 360 CHALLENGE and Half P360 GRAVEL

The PIRINEXUS 360 Challenge is currently a personal non-stop challenge of 350km. Participants have 20 hours to make an itinerary that leaves the city of Girona goes through Olot, crosses the border at the mountain pass of Ares, passes through the French village of Ceret and comes back to Catalonia at La Jonquera. Them,. Goes into the Empordà plain to the sea, visits Calonge and returns to Girona.

This route passes through all types of terrain, tarmac roads, many gravel tracks and some urban zones. All bikes are allowed, although probably the most appropriate are the gravel or the cyclo-cross bikes. Road bikes with 28 (or 25) tyres and mountain bikes 29’ wheels with slicks.

The route can be done alone or in relays. For those that consider the route to be too long, there is the short version: The Half P360 Gravel. 125 km and 500 meters of elevation gain.

Four persons. 100 km. 32 hours. A cause. Will you take on the challenge?
Trailwalker is the greatest team challenge of the world fight against poverty. The challenge consists of four member teams walking 100km in less than 32 hours.

This will be the 5th edition in Girona, with 435 teams. It will take place, as every year, between Olot and Sant Feliu de Guíxols, from the mountain to the see, all along Girona greenways.
